Il never order online for a home…
Il never order online for a home delivery again. My order never arrived.
I tried phoning- no luck - gave up after 30 mins waiting in a queue.
Tried Facebook messaging- no reply
Email wasn’t answered for a week!
All i had was a flat message to say the sandals had been delivered. Obviously not though ?

Shopping in the dark
Shopping in PortTalbot shop, and 4.30 pm lights were knocked off and shop became dark, I thought they were closing so stopped shopping and went to counter, another shopper asked what time they closed and said 5.30 it’s protocol to knock lights off and lock door hour before. The lights going out made shop look closed and customers in there stop buying

Staff at Peacocks Walthamstow are brilliant! Even remembering my name after a couple of visits. I used click and collect which was delivered quickly each time. Very impressed. Quality of linen shift dress very good. I've bought three recently. Very pleased this store remains open.

Gift card never received (5 weeks)
Ordered a gift card for a relative from Peacocks in May. This item was never received. Have contacted Peacocks support centre 12 times by phone and email. No resolution after 5 weeks. Am now escalating via the payment provider.

Shocking returns service
I returned items via Evri on 16th June, apparently still not reached their warehouse! I have emailed and contacted via telephone to be told it will take until Friday of this week for the warehouse to inform customer service if they have received my returns! Diabolical service, don’t bother to purchase from here!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Blazer arrived damaged and emailed 3 weeks ago and heard nothing! Been through Instagram, emails everything! Disgusted.

Never never never again will I purchase…
Never never never again will I purchase from this company. Returns are handled, and charged for, by Evri. Need I say more? After almost two weeks from the date of return including 4 phone calls and 4 emails I have yet to get a refund. I have also tried contacting Evri who have not responded. It would appear my parcel has not yet reached Peacock’s warehouse and until it does, I do not get a refund. Why does it take so long to return? And where has it been for almost 2 weeks? Learn from my mistake and do not touch either of these companies with a bargepole!

Ordered 4 items received 3. I continue to send emails without receiving any answer when I will receive back the money for the missing items. One of received items was the wrong size and I received the refund. If on the same delivery note is written 1 missing and 1 returned item why the refund has not been done for the both of them? No any communication from 14 June till no 2/07. Very bad customer service.... Today 16.07. continue my story with my purchase.I have received on 29.06 the refund for the the returned trousers. On 14.07 I have received email if the packaging was damaged. I explained that the packaging was not damaged, that on their delivery note is written 1 missing item. At today 16.07 I have not any answer, any refund for 1 item which has never been send by them. I will continue to update my post. In this way the people will k ow if they decide the buy what they should expect.

Sadly really awful returns policy won’t be buying online again. Charges for returns and if buying via PayPal, credit note issued in store. But only if you have completed the return online….. my return has disappeared online and despite messaging and emailing received no response so unable to return!

Don’t bother
I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing online… order process all fine, item arrived on time but it was a really low quality and didn’t fit me so I sent it back the day after I received it. That was a month ago and still no refund. Contacted customer support to check if they have received the item and it took them 3 weeks to reply back asking me for a tracking number. Well I don’t have one as I had to pay for shipping the item back so I didn’t want to spend more money than I had already spent. At this point of time I have no hope of receiving my refund so will initiate a charge back and will never ever buy anything from this crappy company again! Don’t waste your time or money.

Absolutely awful returns system
Absolutely awful returns system. Never have I been refused a return in store because of how I’ve paid to then have to pay for the return.
All retailers I’ve occasionally returned to have a very easy system and always free.
Never again.
